My approach is rooted in six years at the Management Centre St. Gallen, where I trained in systems-oriented management and applied it in client projects worldwide. After that, several years at a top-tier German consulting firm, followed by many years of independent practice. Over the past 25 years, I have worked with more than 5,500 leaders across 20+ countries on five continents — primarily with senior executives and the C-suite.
Today, I am updating these proven approaches for the age of AI. As a certified Master Business with AI (MBAI®) and AI Integration Expert (Hochschule Fresenius, Leaders of AI), I systematically deploy AI in my own consulting practice. What I've learned from transforming my own business feeds directly into my work with clients.
