I work with companies to develop and implement a shared understanding of effective leadership in the Age of AI. Anchored in business practice, based on the St. Gallen Management Model. My clients are executive leadership and HR, because leadership connects business and people. I support the integration into day-to-day leadership with leadership trainings, workshops, virtual and AI-powered formats.
My approach is rooted in six years at the Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen, where I trained in systems-oriented management and applied it in client projects worldwide. After that, several years at a top-tier German consulting firm, followed by many years of independent practice. Over the past 25 years, I have worked with more than 5,500 leaders across 20+ countries on five continents, primarily with senior executives and the C-suite.
Today, I am updating these proven approaches for the age of AI. As a certified Master Business with AI (MBAI®) and AI Integration Expert (Hochschule Fresenius, Leaders of AI), I systematically deploy AI in my own consulting practice. What I've learned from transforming my own business feeds directly into my work with clients.
Industries I've worked across include automotive, mechanical engineering, chemicals, semiconductors, steel processing, transport and logistics, banking and insurance, retail, and IT/telecommunications.
I publish in professional journals including Wirtschaft und Management (Springer Nature). I work with CEOs and HR executives alike, from mid-sized companies to large corporations.
