My approach is rooted in six years at the Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen, where I trained in systems-oriented management and applied it in client projects worldwide. After that, several years at a top-tier German consulting firm, followed by many years of independent practice. What I've learned from transforming my own business feeds directly into my work with clients.
