  • Treat questions as a learning signal. Someone who asks is not signalling weakness but demonstrating attention to quality.
  • Describe contexts for AI clearly. The more precisely objective, role and expected outcome are defined, the better the response quality.
  • Review results rather than adopting them blindly. AI can support, but responsibility remains with the leader and the team.
  • Name uncertainty without amplifying it. Not every ambiguity is a problem, but every ambiguity should be visible.
